Dr. Watkins' scholarly objectives:

 

To persuade millions of black youth to go to college and to provide them with the tools for success. 

 

To teach all college students the importance of good values and behavior (i.e. avoiding excessive alcohol consumption and poor study habits).

 

To promote and enhance economic empowerment, freedom and prosperity for the black community.

 

To Teach all Americans to manage their money and invest in sound saving habits.

 

To help America engage in sorely needed racial dialogue in order to promote honesty and healing.
